Description of work:

Maintenance - Landscaping, all aspects of maintaining the Landscaping.  Lawns, planting, weeding, shrub and tree trimming, flower beds, tool cleaning and maintenance, installation needs for sprinkler and irrigation systems, weatherproofing as required, help in ordering supplies and equipment. And other seasonal needs such as tarping outdoor equipment and furniture.  Needs required before conferences. Be able to lift 50 lbs.

Requirements:

•   Prior landscaping experience a plus

    Experience w/equipment

List type needed:  trimmers, chain saw, rider mower, weed trimmers.

•   Great attitude and ability to work with other groundskeepers.

Essential Duties:

A Groundskeeper, is responsible for maintaining an aesthetically-pleasing and functional outdoor space. Their duties include planting flowers and shrubbery, mowing lawns and communicating with the Maintenance and HIM General Manager to determine their vision for the space.
