A Prophetic Worldview

We are well into some of the most interesting, challenging, and dangerous times in human history, and will continue to experience them daily. In order to survive, much less prevail in the times ahead, we must start to perceive the future more clearly, and take proactive steps to be prepared.

Taking the Land, Part 73

The goal of this part of our study on the kingdom is to become better stewards of what our King has entrusted to us. As we have also addressed the last couple of weeks, sometimes spiritual fruit can be hard to measure, but not impossible. However, before we cover how we might judge our spiritual investments in more depth, let's go back to the management of our resources in the natural—especially the money we are entrusted with.

Understanding the Scriptures - The Path of Life, Part 14

One of the great questions is how people can read the same Scriptures and derive different conclusions, or even doctrines, from them. We have likely all said things that someone would interpret the exact opposite of what we meant, and this happens to the Lord and His Words as well. I think the most crucial questions need to be asked of God, not men. Men will inevitably give us answers.

Reformation Continues—The Book of Revelation

As we continue our study of the Book of Revelation and the church at Thyatira that prophesied the church in the Middle Ages, we must continually remind ourselves that this is “our” history, not just “their” history. There had to be a falling away and a revelation of the “man of sin,” who represented the “sin of man.” This personifies who we all are without Christ.

The Greatest Honor- The Greatest Christian Life, Part 10

I have been privileged to know some of the top leaders in just about every field—the church, business, industry, education, government, sports, the military, science, and entertainment. Some common denominators are found in all who reach the highest levels. One is that they are energetically and enthusiastically devoted to staying on the cutting edge of knowledge in their field. This is almost always because of their love of knowledge and their love of their profession.
