The Battle of the Harvest Conference

This year it seems that every demon in hell has been released against our upcoming Harvest Conference, which is very encouraging to us. As I write this, the remnants of Hurricane “Ivan the Terrible” continues to blow outside. It has been a hellish week for the Southeast, including the Carolinas, but not in the hearts of our people. Everyone seemed committed to overcome whatever came and have fought through every obstacle so far.

Walking In Truth

Last week we addressed how crucial it is to not just know the truth, but to love the truth. This week we are going to take it one more step to walking in truth. Knowing the truth is important, but not enough. Loving the truth is important, but not enough. We must live what we believe if we are...

Loving the Truth

Last week we discussed how it will be for those who esteem truth as if it were the greatest treasure, and how they will receive understanding and be kept from “the man who speaks perverse things” (Proverbs 2:12) , which is a reference to the man of sin. We also see this established in II...

Above All Get Understanding

As I have mentioned before, what I am trying to accomplish through this Word for the Week study of the biblical prophecies of the end times is to not just understand what is going to happen, but also why. Then we will apply this knowledge to our daily lives so we can be free of the evil that will...

What Are You Fighting For?

The world’s problems are getting bigger, more complicated, and increasingly beyond man’s ability to solve. The end of this age will be marked by cascading problems that have surpassed any human ability to deal with them. This is the ultimate fruit of man trying to live without God. Not only man,...

The New Leadership

As we studied last week, the Jordan River, which represents death, will be overflowing its banks “all the days of harvest” (John 3:15) . At the same time, God’s people will be crossing over this death on dry land on the way to possessing their Promised Land. It is fundamental to God’s wisdom that...

Crossing Over

As we have covered, one of the primary characteristics between those who serve the Lord, and those who serve the devil, will be distinguished by the respect for life. Jesus came to give life, and the devil comes to destroy. As we proceed toward the harvest, the full maturity of all that has been...

Honor Life

Last week we discussed how the ultimate slide of humanity into the abyss of darkness will begin with the betrayal of doctors with their most basic trust to save and preserve life. Instead, they will start to freely take lives. As this trend has been growing in the last few decades, we are not far...

The Pit of Destruction

Last week we discussed how crucial it is to esteem the value of life. It is the reason why this was the first test of Solomon’s wisdom, as it is a value that is fundamental to wisdom. However, history teaches us that this is a value that gets harder to hold on to the more difficult the times become...

Wisdom

The very first test of Solomon’s wisdom concerned the respect for life. This is the fundamental test of all true wisdom. Life, in itself, is the ultimate gift, and is greater than any treasure. This is why the right to life, and euthanasia issues are so crucial. Once doctors who have sworn to...
